Pole Dance

A strong, playful workout that builds muscle, mobility, and confidence while exploring expression and connection through movement.
Classes for beginners to intermediate levels.

Yoga

Grounded and dynamic yoga classes, including Ashtanga Yoga and Vinyasa / Hatha–inspired flows.
Building strength, flexibility, and awareness through breath-led movement.

Sound Healing

Deep rest and nervous system regulation through vibration and sound.

Reiki

Subtle energy work to support balance, clarity, and self-healing.

My Philosophy

I believe that everything in life is spiritual.
Not separate from the body—but lived through it.

Moving the body is one of the most direct ways to connect with our creative and healing energy. Sometimes that looks like a focused workout, building strength, skill, and confidence. Other times it looks like slowing down, listening inward, and allowing deep rest.

In my classes and sessions, we work with both.
Progress and presence. Strength and sensitivity.
Always meeting you where you are.
